The challenge

Every year, a property developer Strata Homes rewards their employees for their hard work and achievements throughout the year. The client came to us to design and deliver their staff incentive for the best performing team. They were looking for a fun day out with added WOW factor. The event needed to be designed with a diverse group of people in mind.

The outcome

We put together an exciting incentive programme that involved fine dining five-course tasting lunch at the Samling Hotel, which is beautifully located overlooking Windermere with expansive Lake District views.

On arrival at the hotel, guests also enjoyed an exclusive tour of the hotel’s wine cellar and a cocktail making masterclass.

We ensured guests travelled in style during the day, enjoying both a helicopter ride and a trip in a chauffeured Rolls Royce.

Every element of the day was designed to make them feel valued and allowed them to celebrate their achievements in style.
