Gala dinner and a week of celebratory events for the Westfield Health 100th year of trading.
The challenge
Westfield Health is an award winning health insurance and wellbeing company. They have been operating for 100 years and to celebrate their 100th birthday, they wanted to host a gala dinner, plus a week of celebratory office activities in the run up to the main event.
They came to us to provide event design services, including creative theming, styling and decor.

The outcome
For the week of celebrations in the run up to the gala dinner, we decorated each floor of the office as a different era. The main customer reception was 1920’s theme with a 7ft wall graphic from that era, alongside a giant balloon arch and vintage floral arrangements. The main office reception was turned into a 1930’s vintage tearoom with floral china and teapots, vintage props, a gramophone playing a 1930’s playlist, flower arrangements, hanging ivy, bunting and a giant flower wall as the showstopper and a great photo opportunity. The office boardroom was a ‘futuristic health’ theme with 4 window graphics to represent the company’s 4 pillars of health, walls covered in gold draping, ceiling filled with metallic helium balloons and 9ft horizontal screens with bespoke AI-style graphics.
The celebrations came to a peak with a prestigious 1920’s themed gala dinner for 300 of their employees. Guests were greeted by flapper girl living tables serving champagne, then snapped by paparazzi as they walked down the black and gold carpet under the art deco style archway into the dining room. Each table had a gatsby style candelabra laced with pearls and black and gold linen and place settings. The stage area had a sparkling backdrop with giant lit up ‘100’ numbers and exploding balloons above the dance floor for the wow factor conclusion of the evening.
The whole week of celebrations was a big success with extremely positive feedback from the client and guests.
